Creamy Braunschweiger Dip

Ingredients

  • Scott Pete Braunschweiger
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 6 green onions
  • 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. 1 Chop the green onions, separating whites from greens.
  2. 2 Place all ingredients, except greens of the green onions, in a food processor and beat until smooth.
  3. 3 Cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. 4 Garnish with the greens of the green onions. Serve with crackers or fresh veggies.
  5. 5 Enjoy!
