Irish Dog
This St. Paddy’s Day- inspired dog comes topped with corned beef, sauerkraut and a squeeze of spicy mustard.
Ingredients
- 1 pack Scott Pete Wieners & Franks
- Hot dog buns
- Corned beef
- 1 bag sauerkraut
- Spicy brown mustard
Directions
- 1 Cook hot dogs any way you like.
- 2 Place hot dogs in buns and start adding toppings.
- 3 Start by layering some corned beef on top of the dog.
- 4 Then add some sauerkraut.
- 5 Finally, top of with some spicy brown mustard.
- 6 Enjoy!
